The master suite is enormous, with a luxurious spa-style bathroom, while the 50-foot pool, 12-person hot tub, rooftop ocean views, fully equipped gym, gourmet kitchen, outdoor BBQ, and unbelievably comfortable sectional made every day feel like a luxury resort.

The entire property is immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly dog-friendly with a fully fenced yard, which meant the world to us and our two rescue dogs. James checked in daily, responded immediately when we needed anything, and even replaced the hot water heater within hours. His recommendations for Cabo are priceless. Daniella was equally wonderful and shared invaluable local knowledge.

They didn't just become amazing hosts, they became friends.

Villa Utopia was unforgettable. The villa is stunning, private, and beautifully cared for, with incredible sunset views, seamless indoor-outdoor living, a gorgeous pool, and a luxurious jacuzzi. The hiking trails behind the property were an unexpected highlight, and James and Daniela made us feel genuinely welcomed. We can't wait to come back.

All I can say is Villa Utopia in Cabo is breathtaking. This is hands down the best vacation villa me and my family have stayed at. The location is perfect, close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Luxurious, clean, and comfortable. We loved swimming and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The oversized bathtub, fully customized gym, and chef-quality kitchen were all amazing. We felt completely safe with the 24/7 security, and having Fresco nearby was very convenient. James and Daniela were awesome hosts. This is my family's forever getaway.

My family and I spent the most magical 4 days at Villa Utopia. The home was absolutely stunning and looked exactly like the photos. With 3 teens, it was important for everyone to have their own space and bathroom, and this place matched perfectly. Our teens loved the pool and hot tub. James was extremely helpful and always just a phone call away. The villa is close to the Marina and local grocery stores, while still feeling private, quiet, and secure. It was truly a dream vacation as first-timers in Cabo.

The most beautiful vacation villa we have stayed at. Immaculately cleaned, new, modern, and located in a safe neighborhood with gate and guards. Close to restaurants and grocery stores, with an amazing backyard, pool, and hot tub. The bathrooms reminded us of a Four Seasons Hotel — gorgeous and large. The host went out of their way to have a chef prepare complimentary food and drinks upon arrival. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful new home! We loved the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The landscaping and overall design of the home is stunning. Waking up to sunrise views was unforgettable. The location is convenient, close to grocery stores and beautiful beaches. It's in a guarded community and we felt safe with kids the entire time. Our stay at Utopia Villa was excellent. The property is located in a secure, gated community and is close to great restaurants and dining options. The villa felt like a home away from home.
