Bookings and contact

When you request a reservation or concierge service, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, and any notes or requests you send us. We use this only to confirm and manage your booking, to communicate with you, and to process payment through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to measure how visitors find the site and to understand whether our ads lead to bookings. The data collected includes pages visited, the referring ad or search, and — only with your consent — advertising cookies that identify your browser.

The purposes enabled are: conversion measurement (counting when an ad leads to a booking) and ad optimization (improving which ads are shown). The recipient of this data is Google, as part of the Google Ads platform.

Visitors in regions where consent is required (such as the EU, UK, and Switzerland) are shown a cookie banner before any advertising cookies are set. You can accept or decline, and change your decision at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Declining does not affect your ability to book.

Calendar sharing

Our availability calendar is shared with booking platforms (such as Airbnb) using a private feed. This feed contains only booked dates — never guest names or contact details.

Your choices

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing villautopiacabo@gmail.com. If you accepted cookies and later change your mind, open "Cookie settings" in the footer and decline — the change takes effect immediately.
